Job Description

Administrator (temporary role)
Location: Maidstone (hybrid working/work from home)
Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, 35 hours per week
Pay rate: £10.50 - £11.50 per hour
Temporary role for 3 months initially, possibly longer

We are looking for confident administrators to support a well-known reputable insurance company based in Maidstone.
Duties will include:


" Providing administrative support with regards to new claims
" Updating records and inputting information onto a bespoke system
" Communication with policy holders via telephone and email
" Other general admin duties such as monitoring a shared email inbox
" Chasing for updates when necessary


The successful candidates will need to be professional and polite with a good telephone manner. Ideally you will have some previous office administration experience, however this is not essential if you are able to pick up computer systems (such as MS Word and Excel) quickly.
