Temp - Perm

Location: Preston (Pr1)

Pay: £9.50

The role will be to make outbound and take inbound calls from tenants who are booking their Electrical Safety Check. The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills. This is a telephone based role (not sales) that requires a driven individual who is quick and confident on the phone.
  • Good IT skills - using google sheets, excel, our CRM system.
  • Planning skills (they will be planning in work nationwide for our engineers and we require minimal travel between jobs)
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Able to work to targets - we expect a minimum amount of calls and appointments every day to be made.
  • Must be within travel distance of Preston city centre office.

Working hours at 08:30-5:00pm Monday-Thursday and 08:30-4:30pm on Friday. Dress code is smart/casual for the office.
