My public sector client is currently looking for an experienced administrator to be based in Lincoln on a full time temporary basis until January with the chance of this being extended
The key responsibilities of the role will be;
To provide and receive information which may contain an element of contentious and sensitive information and to be the first point of contact, communication and support for both internal staff within the directorate and external contacts.
The main duties of this role will be;
" To be the first point of contact, communication and support for the team to internal and external parties
" To update and maintain contract databases, generic team email accounts, diaries and manage meeting arrangements as required.
" To raise purchase order numbers through oracle for bookings and stationary orders.
" To manage electronic diary for the teams.
" Complete all other administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will need;
" To have experience of working in a support role
" To have recent admin experience
" To have excellent IT Skills including demonstrable experience of working on all Microsoft Office packages
The rate of pay for this position is £9.28 + holiday pay
