Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our friendly company within the financial sector, based in Marple, Stockport.
You will be part of a team working closely with the partners providing administrative assistance including the following:
- General client administration
- Prepare client presentations
- Arrange meetings with clients
- Compose emails and letters to clients
- Using the company's Cloud filing system to store and retrieve corporate records, documents and reports
- Arrange travel when necessary
- Answer phones (using Microsoft Teams) and route calls to the correct person or take messages
- Deal with clients and visitors in a professional manner
- General ad hoc office duties
Flexible to assist other executive assistants when necessary ie. holidays and absences
For this role I am looking for a good "all-rounder" someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be professional and friendly and happy to take on various roles within the office to help and accommodate your colleagues when required.
Training is on the job and within this role there are career opportunities along with learning new skills
The hours are essentially 9-5 Monday to Friday with some hybrid working once the successful candidate is settled into the role. My client is a small company however there is flexibility in the working day provided that your work and the "office" is covered.
