Brook Street UK Ltd is seeking an administrator to work with our client in Antrim.
This role is temporary, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week and paying £ 10.60 per hour.

You will provide a comprehensive clerical/administrative customer care
service as part of the Business Support Team.

  • Provide a high level of internal and external customer service including taking ownership of customer queries and following issues through to completion.
  • You will be the first point of contact for external customers ringing the Department, dealing with a consistently high volume of telephone calls
  • Provide a full administration service to include minute taking, word processing/spreadsheets, presentations, mail shots, databases and servicing meetings.
  • Deal with all customer contacts within the section in


To be successful for this role it is essential that you have 5 GCSE's Grades A-C to include English Language and Maths, 1 years' administrative or clerical experience and being competent in the use of Windows
and Microsoft Office.
