Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis for a Client within the Education Sector based in Birmingham City Centre.

This is a temporary contract to start on the 30th August - 21st October.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Location: Birmingham - Fully office Based
Pay: £15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Queue management
  • Helping with student query signposting
  • Scanning documents
  • Data entry in student record system
  • Process immigration documents
  • Secure items in secure area prior to leaving each day
  • General administrative tasks

Person Specification

  • Computer literate
  • Customer service skills
  • Office administrative experience
