I am recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to working for a company in Stoneleigh.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:15 with an early finish on a Friday.

As the Contracts Administrator be responsible for processing contracts, resolving issues and working with our supply partners. You will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of contracts sold by your contract sales colleagues and you will contribute to the development of efficient contract administrative processes.
In addition to this you will establish and maintain good working relationships with your contract sales colleagues and the business supplier and you will provide ad hoc operational support to the Head of Operations as required
For this position you will need to be organised, have a good attention detail and be calm under pressure.
Strong proven administrative experience
Exceptional organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven record of establishing effective working relationships
Intermediate IT skills including Excel and Word
Good commercial acumen
Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
Educated to a good standard
Experience within the energy sector
Knowledge of contracts

- Negotiable salary of up to £25000 dependant on experience
- Monday - Friday working week
