Brook Street are looking for a Full time Administrator!

Our client a global Engineering Firm has an office in High Wycombe and are looking for a confident and reliable Administrator to support the smooth running of a office.

As a Administrator, you`ll be enthused about supporting the Senior Managers in the office and will be the first point of contact as you will be covering reception, meeting and greeting with management regularly. You will need to be able to work independently.

Dealing with timesheets and purchase orders, you must already have experience with both. Ideally you will have experience with facilities, office health and safety/ fire marshal trained and the basic running of a professional office.

Your enthusiasm and energy will be harnessed and supported to flourish in this exciting and diverse role. You will be an important cog in the company and will be valued and treated as such.


Having gained experience at a similar level being the sole support of an office, you`ll be confident, flexible and possess strong organisation and communication skills and have a good knowledge of MS Office.
