Job Description

Brook Street has an exciting opportunity for an admin assistant to work with a National Charity based in EH12 area of Edinburgh.

This is a temporary on-going opportunity with a potential of going permanent for the right candidate. Due to the location of the office it is advisable that you drive and have your own transport.

As the administrative assistant you will be responsible for dealing with timesheets, reporting issues with property, handling petty cash. You will support the administration team with invoicing and absence management. Our client is looking for an administrator who has a passion of working with a charity who makes a difference.

You will be able to work well as part of a team but also be able to work independently and be able to respond flexibly to changing priorities.

Hours of work are 29 hours over 4 days/5 days. Hours are flexible could be morning or afternoons Mon- Fri.
Salary negotiable
