This position will require you to effectively communicate with customers and fellow colleges via telephone and email, attending to tasks such as problem solving and answering queries.
The ideal candidate will have admin and customer service experience and be confident in dealing with customer queries.
This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
For this role you will require a basic DBS check, this can be applied for through Brook Street if needed.
Working hours of 7am - 4pm with 1hr lunch break working Monday to Friday.
The temp position pays £8.50ph and has the potential to increase to £9.50ph for the successful permanent employee.
