Call Out Team - Warrington

We are looking for an ideal candidate, with administration and customer service experience to join a busy call out team in Warrington. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and asking for the necessary information needed to book an engineer for a call out.
You must be confident on the telephone, have good data entry skills and be confident with Microsoft outlook.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday (08:30-17:00)
Pay: £9.23
Maternity cover 6months+ initially with the opportunity to become permanent.
