Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in East Belfast to recruit a full time and permanent Administrator

The ideal candidate would be someone who is a good communicator, happy to tackle a variety of tasks and has a good eye for detail. A positive `can-do` attitude.

This is a role that will evolve as the person gains knowledge of the business, but predominantly will cover:

  • Web sales management (processing online orders and posting/arranging couriers)
  • Assistance and the eventual management of the Purchase Ledger (from raising POs through to remittance advice and Journal posting)
  • Assistance with nominal (general) ledger processing
  • Invoice processing
  • Credit control
  • TSS declarations for imports from GB
  • Quarterly factory audits (admin related)
  • Support for admin team to cover absence/sicknesses (e.g. Payroll, VAT returns etc.)
  • Ad hoc admin task support

    It would be great if applicants had used SAP software before, but not essential

    Applicants must be proficient in excel and have good computer skills generally

    Salary is dependent on experience and fit but circa £25-28K
