Part Time Administrator
(30 Hours per week at £9.50ph)
Brook Street are currently working with an independent consultancy firm based in Cardiff Bay.
They are looking for an experienced, pro active administrator to join the team on an 11 month contract.
The hours are 30 hours per week, 10am -5pm, Monday - Friday.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Office 365 software such as TEAMS, SharePoint (desirable).
- Confident with learning bespoke IT software.
- Experience of invoicing and good with figures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
- Able to manage conflicting demands and time effectively.
- Experienced admin professional with a pro-active approach.
- Ideally the candidate will have many years of admin experience, PA experience desirable.
The role will involve:
- Managing of month end processes
- Submitting timesheets and expenses
- Producing invoices
- Booking appointments, meetings and travel for staff
- Typing documents and greeting clients
