Job Description


Brook Street UK are happy to announce a new full-time, temp to perm position working with a highly reputable and well-established financial services firm based in Tonbridge, Kent. The administrative role will involve customer service duties, such as responding to customer enquiries via telephone.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Temp Pay Rate: £13.30ph

Perm Salary: Up to £26,000 pa

Location: Office Based Initially, Tonbridge (parking on-site is available)
Scope of hybrid working once established in role

Start Date: 08/04/2024

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Have strong customer service skills, you will need to assist customer queries via incoming calls
  • Have great time management skills, to ensure all requests are responded to within a time frame, ensuring all targets are met and customers are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Have great time management and organisational skills
  • Take a methodical approach to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Liaise with internal teams, third party suppliers and customers, ensuring that all are updated
  • Have PC Literacy with good administrative skills

Previous office experience (from any industry) is required for this role.
