Brook Street Recruitment are proud to collaborate with a respected company located on the outskirts of Peterborough in their search for an Administrator to join their client's team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Are you currently in an administrative role and seeking a fresh challenge? Look no further, as we might have the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading cost codes onto the portal to generate order numbers.
  • Raising invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Investigating and resolving queries.
  • Conducting data entry tasks.
  • Communicating with customers via email and telephone.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Previous experience with company portals is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong telephone and email etiquette.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Must have access to own vehicle due to location.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Pay Rate: £12.05 per hour.
