Sales Administrator

We are currently working alongside one of our established clients based in Abingdon who are looking for Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract.

This position will suit someone who enjoys working directly with customer and clients. Providing quotes and closing sales from incoming enquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with sales for new and existing clients.
- Calling new and existing clients.
- Taking/completing orders from online system - Creating purchase orders.
- Recording sales activity and following up leads.
- Helping clients/customers complete orders.
- Working alongside finance team to update on customer payments.
- Work with new and existing customer/clients to ensure they know about the latest products.

Skills:
- Excellent communication written/verbal.
- Time management and organisation

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm. Hybrid working, 3 days in the office. (Once fully trained)
