Part Time Administrator

Location: Norwich
Salary: £11.59 An Hour
Working hours: PART TIME - 20hrs per week (Days can be flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing prisoner's Pin Phone details
  • Data input using the pin phone system
  • Carry out General Administration Duties
  • Uphold a good standard of Customer service skills
  • Communicate with colleagues, family and friends of the prisoners in a professional manor
  • Cary out Telephony work


Requirements:

  • Ability to work seamlessly within a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Data entry, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, targeted environment.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
