Job Description
Job Title: Administrator
Location: Didcot
Salary: £24,380 to £26380 per annum (+ bonus + benefits)
Contract Type: Full-Time & Fixed Term

Responsibilities:
- Interpret contracts and accurately input relevant details into our royalty systems.
- Review incoming and outgoing statements, addressing any discrepancies or queries.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in the management of advances, sub-rights, and royalties' payments.
- Support the Royalties Managers in generating and checking half-yearly royalty statements.
- Complete monthly tax reporting and assist with finance reconciliations.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using SAP and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
