Exciting Opportunity for University Students: Administrative Officer at Bournemouth Combined Court

Position Details:

Role: Administrative Officer (Full-Time)

Hours: 26 hours per week (08:30-17:00). Preferably Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays but open to all applications.

Duration: Temporary assignment until 31/05/25, with potential for extension based on performance

Pay Rate: £11.88 per hour

Location: Bournemouth County Court - BH7 7DS

Start Date: ASAP, vetting pending

Key Responsibilities:

File Preparation: Prepare electronic files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.

Document Production: Produce essential court documents.

Administrative Tasks: Handle general photocopying, filing, post opening, and dispatch.

Data Management: Create and update records in our in-house computer system and perform data input.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Note: The offered candidate is subject to vetting - basic DBS clearance and an activity check for the last 3 years.
