I am looking for a Administrator to work within a well established, face pace NHS environment. This role is initially for 3 months but has the potential to be extended for the right candidate.
You will be working within the Operational Procurement Team , you will be responsible for reviewing and souring procurement requirements on behalf of all NHS clients, procurement guidelines and best practice processes.
You need to be confident to liaise with both internal and external customers and suppliers, and resolving issues/queries through the Purchase-to-Pay process adding value to the customer experience.
My client is looking for someone who has experience of a busy administrative role in an office environment with excellent customer focus. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure. It is essential you are IT literate with MS Office skills
