Job Description

Brook Street Coventry is looking to recruit a temporary office administrator for a 4-6 week temporary assignment for a client based in Stoneleigh Business Park.

My client are a leading energy provider who specialise in offering solutions to an agricultural customer based located throughout the UK, this role will be based in their Coventry head office in Stoneleigh business park to help support their back office team during a period of transition.

Tasks will include monitoring email accounts, answering the phone and directing callers, reception duties and dealing with post.

The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience, have a can do attitude and have an outgoing personality to ensure they fit in with their current team.

Working hours are 08.45 - 17.15 Monday to Thursday and 08.45 - 16.15 on a Friday, the hourly rate of pay is between £8.50 - £9.00.
