Job Description

Exciting Admin opportunity
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week
Pay rate £8.50 per hour
Exciting opportunity has arisen next to Leicester city centre.
We are looking for a friendly hard working and highly motivated individual who is open to challenges to join my client's growing team
The role will involve data entry, raising equipment quotes, which will require very good attention to detail. Liaising with customers and engineers to arrange installations and arrange with courier delivery issues. The role will also involve providing holiday cover for the rest of the team as required. The successful candidate needs to be open minded and keen to go extra mile for the customer, as my client has opened a new division, excellent customer service is essential.
Essential requirements:
Must be able to drive and have own transport
Must have a good understanding of Microsoft software, Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
Must have administration and telephone experience
Able to follow strict processes and procedures
Able to work to controlled timescales
Role information:
The hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
