Job Description

Our public sector client is part of the MOJ and are seeking administrators to provide support to the busy teams

Based in the city centre our client offers a competitive pay rate and great working environment

The roles are full time on a temporary basis working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. initially running for 3 months with the possibility of being extended further.

Duties may include

* Processing orders made by the judiciary
* handling correspondence
* speaking to customers
* data input and filing

The roles are subject to satisfactory referencing and a clear DBS

Ideal candidates will enjoy working as part of a busy team and be able to work under pressure

Our client requires the following skills

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good organisational skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent customer service skills

The pay rate is £9.45 per hour and benefits include holiday pay and pension scheme
