Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity to work for a well-established client located in Basildon area to join a leading UK logistic company.
You will be undertaking a variety of administration tasks related to end of lease vehicle returns.

Responsibilities:

" Requesting Finance settlements
" Monitoring contract
" Raising disputes
" Arranging and booking Inspections and dealing with invoices.
" Amend inspection reports
" Data Entry with Excel
" Ensuring excel spreadsheets are updated daily.
" Recording Documents
" Chasing PO's for return conditions
" Post Incoming and Outgoing
" Dealing with customer queries
" Filing/scanning
" Any other administration duties that may arise.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
" Excellent general PC skills with use of windows environment
" Must have advanced excel and Microsoft skills
" Communication & organisational skills, ability to work on own initiative.
" Able to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules
" To be able to communicate effectively at all levels.


This position offers 25 days holiday plus bank holiday with onsite parking and subsidise canteen. The hours of work are 8:30am - 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Plus additional benefits.
