Brook Street are excited to be recruiting for the Ministry of Justice within Derby City Centre. It is a temporary role until the 30th June 2019.
You will be required to have a DBS check and must have good IT skills.
The role will involve, but not solely, the following responsibilities:
" Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings, producing court documents and accurately updating results of court hearings onto various in-house computer systems
" Handling counter (face to face), written and telephone enquiries
" General photocopying and filing, creating paper and electronic files, creating and updating records on in-house computer systems and data input
" Producing standard letters, notes, reports, submissions etc, according to guidelines and instructions, post opening and dispatch of correspondence
" Assisting court users, supporting listing and rota management, checking files
" Interpreting accurately the information required on a court file, preparation of bundles
" Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards
