Our client provides a range of services that meet social housing needs and care for the community
Our client has advised us that the role is a full time post but temporary for 4-6 weeks and is an immediate start
We are seeking applications from applicants who have 5 GCSEs (minimum Grade C) or equivalent to include English and Maths or an NVQ II in Business Administration or equivalent qualification, 2 years' relevant administration experience working in a business environment including recent experience in a customer service role including inbound and outbound telephony and email service requests and responses, along with excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office and reporting tools (to include Microsoft Excel).
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
To contribute to the development and maintenance of management information systems, to support service delivery.
Produce spreadsheets, reports and information packs as required.
Support customer account management through the development, production and distribution of quality customer information.
Support effective customer and service user credit control.
Ensure the efficient and effective processing of all incoming and outgoing verbal and written communications.
Develop and maintain filing systems to simplify the day-to-day running of the service.
Maintain an office and equipment inventory.
Work as part of the administration team in the allocation of day-to- day duties.
Contribute to corporate and departmental project work as directed.
In return, you will be paid an excellent hourly rate of £9.18 per hour and paid on a weekly basis
