Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd is seeking a Temporary Administrator for our client based near Holywood Exchange

Our client has advised us that the role is temporary up to the end of March. Total hours of the role is 17.5 hrs per week

Our client would prefer the successful applicant to work on the following days. Full day Tuesday & Thursday and part day Friday, however our client will be flexible if required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Provide secretarial/administration support to the Director. Dealing with company sensitive information. Answering calls in a polite and professional manner.

The successful applicant will need to have a basis Access NI prior to Interview, however our client would be happy for the successful applicant to apply for this, if they have been successful for the post.

In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.14 per hour.
