-9am-5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

" Answer telephone - field calls
" Working in a busy office
" Booking deliveries in
" Arranging stock to be delivered to outside warehouses, completing relevant paperwork
" Liaise with hauliers/couriers for deliveries out to customers, raising relevant paperwork, contacting customers to book in.
" Keep stock and goods-in spreadsheets up to date
" Entering goods in/batch numbers, orders and goods out onto system
" Raising purchase orders for stationery/cleaning equipment/cartons
" Type up daily production sheet/outturns/certificates of conformity.
" You must have good communication, IT and customer service skills.
