Brook Street are seeking experienced Administrators to join our clients with in the Educational sector based in the Nuneaton and South Leicestershire area.
The post holder would provide administrative support in a busy office to aid with the smooth running of an educational provider. The role is busy and diverse candidates would need to be able prioritise tasks and have excellent attention to detail.
The ideal candidate would come from a strong administrative back ground or have experience in a personal assistant role.
The successful candidates possess;
o Ability to input onto databases accurately and in a timely manner and a good level of numerical ability
o Ability to use a wide range of Microsoft Office packages particularly in the areas of Word, Excel and Outlook
o Excellent word processing skills and a good working knowledge and comprehension of written English, including correct grammar.
o Good customer service skills, with a commitment to continuously improving the service user experience.
The role is subject to DBS and reference clearance
You must have been a resident in the UK for three consecutive years, spending no longer than six months abroad during this period
£9.50 per hour - Working hours will be 8:00am to 4:30 pm Full time, Monday through to Friday.
