Job Description

Do you have administration experience? Are you looking for a new challenge working with an industrial client on the Wirral?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Wirral area, you will have first hand experience of administration and be comfortable working in a varied role.

Benefits for this role include:

A competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum.

Working hours between 0800-1700.

Your day to day duties in this role include:

Inputting sales orders and invoices from customers.

Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site.

Answering phone enquiries - ensuring all messages are took and sent to the correct contact.

Sorting both incoming and outgoing mail.

Creating and organising documents whilst maintaining files.

To successfully apply for this role, you must have:

Good working competencies on both Microsoft platforms - Microsoft Word and Excel

Willingness to work flexible in response to changing.
