Job Description

Brook Street are looking to find an experienced administrator who wants to make a real difference in the lives of the people they work for!
Do you have experience of working in a care or support capacity? Are you available to start a new rewarding job as soon as possible, do you also hold experience as an administrator?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions then we want to hear from you!

As the service administrator you'll contribute towards making each and every day extraordinary for the people we support by completing a range of administration duties in an accurate and timely manner that enables the effective and efficient running off the wider service. This will include providing a reception service to visitors of the service, handling and responding to all general enquiries, office management, filing, procurement of supplies, raising and reconciling purchase orders, co-ordinating training bookings an updating training records and keeping annual leave and sickness records.

To be successful in this role you'll have proven experience of delivering a stand alone administration service and be IT literate with ability to use Windows, using MS Word as main package with MS Excel. You'll be able to work effectively as part of a busy team and will possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
