An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator based in York. Your role will involve delivering effective support services to a range of departments within the company. We are looking for someone who has proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages.
Your role will involve:
Greeting, directing, advising and informing telephone callers and visitors, in line with policies and procedures to ensure they are correctly, efficiently and professionally routed in accordance with their requirements.
Check, sort and process incoming and outgoing physical and electronic post in accordance with policies and procedures.
Raise process and authorise purchase orders and payments.
Operational administrative support to teams as required.
Check and arrange for IT, office equipment and supplies in line with policies and procedures to meet defined requirements.
Adhoc support for building matters as required for the Health, Safety & Facilities Coordinator
Deliver one off activities and projects to the outcomes and standards agreed with line manager.
