Job Title: Export Administrator
Type: Temporary to Permanent
My client is a British automotive parts manufacturer, who caters for all aspects of automotive products, from tiny spark plugs to complete engine revamps. They are looking for an Export Administator to aid with the day-to-day running of a number of export customer accounts with the Customer Service department, create back order reports, administer and process order entry and invoice and arrange shipments of parts to clients across Europe, America and Australia.
Job Role of Export Administrator:
-Order entry into the export ERP system
-Liaising with the Customer Service team to ensure that ALL customer orders are processed on time, and running back order reports for the customers
-Invoicing of the orders
-Acquire transport quotes and ensure all export paperwork is completed correctly
Desired Experiences for Export Administrator:
-The right candidate would need to have excellent organisational skills
-Must be computer literate, and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
-Would need to be able to re-prioritise work on an hourly and daily basis
-Must be customer focused with a fine attention to detail
-Must be enthusiastic about the business, willing to help improve the business and have a proactive approach to the job and challenges it will offer
-Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
