Administrator
Temporary to permanent
Full Time 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday hours

I am currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to provide administrative support cover for one of my clients within the Preston Area, PR4 postcode ( South Ribble ).

I am recruiting for someone with the following capabilities:

" Familiar with Sage accounts, especially purchase ledger and sales ledger
" Experience working on Microsoft office packages i.e Excel
" Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role as required by the Manager
" General admin support i.e answering the phones, emails, photocopying etc
" A high level of attention to detail, and problem solving
" Excellent proof reading skills, and the ability to grasp information quickly, and understand the surrounding environment.
" Maintain a professional, efficient and friendly attitude in assisting

The role is full time Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm with 60 minute break for lunch.

Temporary contract: 12 months contract

Pay rate: £9.00 p/h paid weekly
