Brook Street are looking for a part time team member to join a team dealing with UK Visa and immigration applications. The successful candidates will be providing a face to face service to customers during the application process.
To do this, we need individuals who excel at delivering excellent customer service, work effectively as a member of the team, excellent record keeping and a desire to go the extra mile.
Your Key Responsibilities will be-
To capture and digitise information as part of a process
Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and manage customer expectations.
Take responsibility to ensure continuous improvement in customer service.
Provide clear and concise responses on service queries without using any departmental jargon and manage difficult customers displaying professionalism at all times.
Manage incoming service complaints in line with procedure, ensuring escalated action to the complaints Manager is taken where a service complaint is received.
We are looking for someone with -
Experience of working in a customer facing role including resolving customer queries and issues.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
Good Microsoft IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Good organisational and planning skills.
Excellent team player, who displays commitment and flexibility.
Articulate & able to develop good working relationships with colleagues & clients
All candidates will be required to pass a disclosure check and be referenced for the past 3 years work/education.
This positions is for 20 hours per week with a salary of £18k + pro rata
The hours of work are 4-8pm Tues, Wed,Thurs, Fri and 11-3pm on Saturdays
