Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits a candidate who is looking for an interesting and thoroughly enjoyable working environment in the centre of Newport, just a short walk from the train station. In addition, there is free parking on site for the successful candidate.

The duties of this role are varied but include

  • Answering the telephone
  • Welcoming visitors and signing visitors in
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Advising callers of colleagues whereabouts
  • Organising post / email
  • Updating spreadsheets and data entry

We're looking for somebody on a temporary basis initially but this may lead to a permanent opportunity.
