This company in Stockport are looking for an Administration Assistant. It`s a small office environment that supports the engineering team.
The role is interesting and varied so you should be a team player who is happy to learn and committed to help to make sure the office runs smoothly. Previous administration experience is essential.
Duties will include:
Dealing with calls, filing, dealing with the post, deliveries and dealing with couriers. Scanning and photocopying
Replenishing office items i.e. stationary
Ensuring the kitchen area is tidy and replenishing kitchen supplies i.e. coffee, tea etc
Data entry - timesheets and updating customer information
Complete new customer files and entering new jobs on the system
Checking delivery notes and allocating stock items
Full training will be given. You should have good office experience and used to working on various computer packages. Good communication skills are essential along with the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
