Job Description

Would you like to work for a business in Swansea City Centre that offers a great location with an interesting and varied workload within a busy department? If so, we have an exciting for a an administrator on a Full-Time, temporary basis.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a an administrator to join the support and administration team in Swansea. You will be required to provide general administration support to a busy department.

Duties

  • Admin Support
  • Updating Records
  • Responding to and allocating communication, including email and telephone calls
  • Providing reports
  • Assisting with general admin duties as required

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following skills to be considered for this role

  • Strong MS Word & Excel Skills
  • Great written literacy skills
  • Availability to commence work as soon as possible
