Job Description

Our public sector client are part of the MOJ and are seeking support on a temporary basis, working part time Thursday and Fridays 12 hours per week

The role is temporary working 2 days per week, and the assignment is due to run until the 17/12/19.

As an administrator you will be responsible for
Providing admin support ensuring staff and service users are supported through efficient processes. You will maintain admin systems within specified timescales in order to promote the achievement of team and divisional objectives.

Day to day duties will involve

Proof reading letters and reports
Minute taking
Data Input
Dealing with queries by phone or email from victims and agencies

You may be dealing with information. You will also deal with a wide range of individuals including those who may present as difficult or display aggressive behaviour


Ideal Candidates will have the following skills

Excellent IT Skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to use own initiative
Strong organisational skills

This role is subject to satisfactory referencing and a DBS check

The pay rate is £8.36 per hour for the first 12 weeks rising to £9.02 per hour. Benefits include holiday pay and pension scheme
