Job Description

Brook Street is seeking an Administrator to work within a well established organisation in Stafford Park in Telford.

This is a temporary role initially, which could lead on to a permanent position for the right person.

The Administrator will be required to work 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Working alongside the Order Processing Team, you will be allocating orders to the relevant department/team.

Generally orders are received via email or fax.

The Allocating Administrator opens the orders to establish whether urgent or standard, overnight etc and then allocates to relevant team, which is basically dropping the order in to the appropriate box/folder via outlook.

The Allocating Administrator requires speed, accuracy and data entry skills along with excellent communication skills.

You may be required to contact customer directly to validate their requirement, therefore a good telephone manner is essential.
