Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Photography & Camera specialist client to recruit an Administrator. This is initially a temporary role based in Amersham but has the potential to go permanent upon performance and approval.

Salary & Hours: £10.00 per hour, Monday through Friday, 9.00 - 13.00

Job Description
As an Administrator, you will ensure office tasks are carried out and met for the designated areas by direct administrative management and development of key external and internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities
" Complete agreed sales administrative support tasks, including - order processing, post order management, back orders, POS updates, price changes and sales reports.
" Complete agreed finance administrative support tasks, including - effective accounts receivable management with UK Partners.
" Liaising with technical support, monitoring and updating the service support system, invoicing repairs, placing orders for spare parts and arranging deliveries UK / VHAB logistics.
" Maintain an effective customer demonstration and loan stock system, including organisational management of customer and courier delivery / return logistics.
" Produce ad-hoc reports or presentations within the appropriate time frame.
" Manage calls to the UK Office, e-mails and handover to the relevant team as required (ensure all correspondence is answered within an appropriate time and is available to senior management for reference).
" Support all events and meetings as directed
" Support other duties as may be reasonably required

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
" Preferably have experience of the UK Photographic Market and/or CE industry
" Experience working in an office administration environment
" Broad experience of MS Office, and ideally Freshdesk, Opera and Checkroom
" Basic business acumen and financial / accounting skills
" Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
" Ability to work on own initiative (organisation and planning skills)
" Commitment to excellent customer service
" Be a team player and able to see the bigger picture
" Ability to promote self and company in a professional manner by ensuring that appropriate attire is worn and seeking direction as necessary.
" Educated to Degree level or equivalent is preferred but not essential
