Brook Street are currently looking for experienced Administrator to join our client based in Penicuik. This is a permanent position working hours are 8.30 to 5pm and an early finish of 2.30 on a Friday with a salary of £18,500.
Your next role will be varied but you will be supporting the Technical team and will ensure support is provided within tight timescales. As part of your role you will be preparing reports , updating letters and supporting the team with arranging visits.
Ensuring all correspondence, letters are retained and updated within timescales
Preparing monthly statistics from monthly reports
Ensure adequate supply of certifications material and stationery as necessary
Provide telephone support
Cover reception to ensure adequate cover for breaks or unexpected absence
Allocate technical helpline cover on a monthly basis
Receive and process application processes and follow up if required
SVQ in office admin or equivalent admin experience
Experience required in a customer focused role
Ability to work as part of a team
Confident and comfortable using Microsoft excel, word and outlook
Excellent data management , analysis and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure
