I am delighted to be working with this new company who are based in the Colindale area. They are looking for an Administrator to join their team.
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers, working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience. Preparing agreement paperwork and ensuring that all required checks have been completed. Liaising with clients regarding visits for the field team,. Allocating funds to the appropriate accounts and all round admin support.
As the company grows and develops, so will this role, meaning that it is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for development. Eventually this role has the potential to become an Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi task, prioritise activities, has a positive attitude.
The salary for the position be between £18,000 - £22,000.
