Job Description


Brook Street Coventry are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator able to start immediately to join a global organisation on an ongoing contract. Based near the Walsgrave area of Coventry, these roles will be working in luxurious modern offices, with free on-site car parking and excellent public transport links. These positions are ideal for individuals looking for an ongoing contract to grow their experience within the administration industry.

Our successful candidate will support my client's merchandising and buying teams.
Basic duties include;
" Updating Excel Spread sheets
" Responding to queries in the departmental inbox
" Raising PO numbers
" Data entry
" Supporting with Ad hoc tasks

The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience, comfortable working with different Microsoft packages, excellent attention to detail and able to work as part of a large team.

Working hours are 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch, the pay rate is £8.50p/h.
