Job Description

Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a forward-thinking company based in London's West End, looking for an entry level Administrator who will work towards a mortgage administrator position as part of your progression path. The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for all general and housekeeping duties within the office to keep everything running smoothly. You will also be working alongside the Mortgage Administrator, assisting in the processing of applications.

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000

Benefits:
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- To understand the processing on a mortgage application
- To ensure that all incoming post is dealt with daily
- To understand all the necessary computer systems required for this role.
- All general office duties including scanning/banking/photocopying
- To answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- To speak to relevant parties in connection with applications
- Work closely with all Sales Consultants & other Sales Support

Key Requirements:
- PC literate, competent user of Microsoft workbooks
- Someone who wants to work in a fresh starting role (graduate)
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and confident
