Job Description

Brook Street are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work for a government client based in Exmouth.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for all administrative procedures.

Main duties include:
-Dealing with all patient paperwork and liaising with hospitals and clinical staff.
-Booking in appointments via the electronic booking system.
-Updating patients records accordingly and tasking the correct clinician.

Skills and experience required:
-Strong, recent administrative experience.
-Computer literate with experience in using Microsoft Office.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.

Rate of pay is £9.09 per hour.

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 5th October 2019, with a possibility of an extension.
