Administrator

Job Description

We are currently working with a growing Construction company based in North London, recruiting for an Administrator with superb organisation skills and a flair for numbers to join them on a permanent full time basis starting ASAP.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Salary: £25,000-£29,000

Location: North London

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls in the office
- Receiving orders of materials from sites
- Liaising with suppliers
- Ensure the database is maintained
- Checking delivery notes to ensure they correspond
- Checking stock levels in lock up
- Manage and maintain health & safety equipment
- Ensure all on-site paperwork is completed
- Checking and processing timesheets on a weekly basis
- Management of new starter and end of contract forms/paperwork

To be considered for this role, you must display the following:
- Current administrative expertise
- A natural eye for detail
- Numbers and process driven
- Proven organisational skills

A background in Construction or Finance would be beneficial, however this is not essential for the right candidate.
