Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for an administrator to provide temporary cover to our client

Our public sector client offers a great working environment in open plan offices

This is a temporary role, working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week. This is a short term assignment and will be for between 4-8 weeks. Our client is based close to West Bridgford and the Nottingham Forest Football Ground, public transport does run close by

As an Administrator you will be responsible for providing general admin support to the team

Duties may include

* Dealing with new permit applications
* Dealing with queries by phone or email
* Data entry onto spreadsheets
* Maintaining databases
* typing up of reports


Ideal candidates will thrive on working as part of a team and have great organisational skills

Essential requirements

Excellent Word and Excel
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Flexible can do attitude and ability to to work well as part of a team

Environmental knowledge/experience is desirable


The pay rate is £11.85 per hour and you will receive holiday entitlement and pension scheme
