On behalf of the Ministry of Defence, Brook Street is seeking an Administrator to support the Primary Health Care Team at RAF Shawbury.
This is a temporary position for a minimum of six months.

The successful Administrator will support the team in the delivery of a safe and effective primary health care service in order to enhance and sustain the operational effectiveness.
You will provide a professional front of house receptionist service to patients/visitors and a comprehensive support service to the clinical staff and Practice Manager of the Medical Centre.
You will prioritise tasks in accordance with the Medical Centre resourcing needs and continuously monitor the Medical Centre's administrative requirements as these will change in accordance with service level requirements.
The Administrator's duties will include:
Receive patients and visitors, whilst also dealing with telephone enquiries
Maintain the electronic appointment booking system
Take responsibility for registering new patients and ensuring consent forms are signed
Manage secondary care referrals, including booking appointments and ensuring referrals are accepted and appropriate documentation is attached.
Action emails from secondary care providers and external agencies.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to undergo security vetting prior to starting the role.
