Job Description

Exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment for a local blue chip company.

You will be involved in helping organise a large number or taster events for the companies employees.

Your duties would include using Google mail to update employees interests in attending sessions.

You will help set up and organise with various departments the training rooms to be used. A high level of organisation and co-ordination is required to help make this run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be somebody who can multitask, work at speed, use initiative and able to bring the event together with support.

The booking will be starting on the 2nd September running through to the end of September.
